Gatehouse of Fleet : 8 Tannery Brae

Number 8 Tannery Brae is a first floor holiday apartment. Our other property, number 7 Tannery Brae, is directly below in this two story building. The building and the whole adjoining area are within a designated Conservation Area.

The accommodation is centrally situated in this beautiful village, but in a quiet setting with off road private parking right outside. It is within easy walking distance of all local amenities including the Tourist Information Office, Mill on the Fleet Visitor Centre, convenience store, local shops, bank, post office and several excellent tea rooms, inns and restaurants.

The stairs lead up to a landing then through into the lounge/dining kitchen. The fully fitted kitchen, with breakfast bar dining area, incorporates an electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and all the cutlery, crockery, utensils and equipment you will need.

The comfortable lounge has a two piece suite, modern furniture and electric stove/fire. There is a TV with some freeview channels and radio and a DVD player. A selection of books, maps and information about the area is on hand.

The bedroom has comfortable twin beds and a fitted wardrobe with ample shelves, drawers and hanging space. The shower room has shaver socket and electric wall fan heater.

The main heating is by way of economy 7 night storage heaters with back up from electric stove/panel heater and fan heater if required. There is laminate flooring throughout the apartment.

Free WiFi access is provided.

Outside, to the rear of the property, is a sunny garden area which backs onto Garries Wood. Garden furniture is provided.

Availability and Pricing

Weekly Breaks
The apartment is available all year round with our weeks running from Saturday to Saturday. Prices range from £150.00 per week in the low season to £275.00 per week during the summer months. A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due one month before your holiday starts.

Short/last minute breaks

Subject to availability short/last minute breaks are available all year round with prices starting from £95.00 for a 3 night stay out of season.
